To produce high-quality AdBlue®, Adeco uses certified raw material – high - purity urea that is intended particularly for AdBlue®. Using this kind of AdBlue® prevents potential problems with the operation of the SCR catalyst, and thus, more serious damages in the vehicle itself. The lifetime and effectiveness of the SCR system in a vehicle depends on the quality and purity of AdBlue® product.
Poor quality Adblue® can cause the following problems with the vehicle:1. Clogging of the supply pipe;2. Soiling of the filter;3. Soiling of the tank fuel level gauges;4. Permanent damage to the pump, injector and catalysts.
The tanks and containers used for pouring and storing AdBlue® must be dedicated for this purpose only. One should know that the AdBlue® cap is blue, and if other liquids happen to be poured into this tank (diesel fuels, oil, water, etc.), the engine must not be started and an authorized service must be contacted immediately.
